Located a 5 minute walk from the center yet secluded. Great value for the price. Wonderful service from reception to check out. Spacious common area accessible 24 hours, including a large living room to have tea and relax

Excellent hosts - nothing too much trouble. Lovely pool to relax by. Breakfast excellent and use of communal kitchen all day long. Traditional rooms in style were spacious and beds comfortable.

The hosts and staff are very friendly make you very welcome. The home has a lovely atmosphere, full of interesting objects. There is a comfortable lounge available during the day and delightful and peaceful gardens and pool.

Great place, must be incredible in summer/spring. Owner is extremely kind and professional. room clean and quiet, no issues! The pool is amazing!

A quiet oasis in the heart of Rio Maior, very secluded and relaxing, would highly recommend and we will return next year for sure. Rosa Maria was a lovely and wonderful host, she made us feel right at home.

Amazing place. Perfect for a calm stay with family. Very nice pool, great rooms. Very good fresh breakfast. Host was great and very accommodating. If you want to escape it all this is the perfect place :)

The property is like a little oasis, full of plants, beautiful sculptures … it is a little gem. We loved the pool, the little details (it is like a museum).
